When the weather is fine, there is a panoramic terrace overlooking the Tenuta Tre Rose vineyards: an enchanting view reserved to our guests.
Everything begins with the attention to the quality of the ingredients. Local produce is used, some of which is made by Borgo Tre Rose’s farm estate, Tenuta Tre Rose; by way of example, it supplies the extra virgin olive oil made using traditional Tuscan olives (Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino) handpicked and cold-pressed.

The cuisine of the Borgo Tre Rose restaurant is inspired by pure Tuscan tradition, elegantly reinterpreted by our chefs.
The wine is also made in its own vineyards: first and foremost is the Nobile di Montepulciano, which has won international prizes and awards.
